II. Refund Policy

(I) Refundable Situations

  3. The user failed to provide accurate health data, rendering the personalized plan generated by the Operator invalid, and the user applies for a refund on that basis;
  4. The user has engaged in improper use of the service, including but not limited to purchasing services using another person's account, fraudulent account registration, or using the service for prohibited activities.

(III) Refund Process

  1. Submit Application: Users must submit a refund application through the customer service center or customer service email on this Website. The application must include the order number, reason for refund, relevant supporting documents, and payment recipient information;
  2. Review and Processing: Upon receipt of a refund application, the Operator will complete the review within 3 business days and inform the user of the outcome by email;
  3. Fund Return: After the refund application is approved, the Operator will return the refund amount to the user's payment account via the original payment channel within 7–14 business days. The actual crediting time depends on the processing period of the payment institution.
